My shipment was delayed due to my oversight and not accurately adding my full address. I emailed customer support to explain the issue and they responded in under 24-hours then eagerly asked for my correct address to ship my package again or determine if I was requesting a refund since my package was returned to them. Absolutely love this product. It's lightweight, super hydrating and it lasts. I love that it's not oily but still gives my skin a glow. Has a light scent but not too overpowering that it can't be mixed with another fragrance. 10 / 10 recommend.
